Swiss Nutrition and Health Foundation (SNHf)

The Swiss Nutrition and Health foundation (SNHf) is a not for profit and public utility foundation dedicated to research on nutrition and health. SNHf is in Epalinges (Switzerland) where it owns a laboratory to measure nutrients, micronutrients and natural bioactives in food products and biological fluids.

Role in the project

SNHf brings its analytical capabilities and expertise to measure micronutrient status biomarkers in various cohorts. It will also deploy metabolomics to discover new biomarkers of calcium status and will collaborate to assess how micronutrient status could be determined using technology for blood self-sampling.
