Syddansk Universitet

Syddansk Universitet (SDU) is a young Danish university with main campus in Odense and regional campuses in Slagelse, Kolding, Esbjerg and Sønderborg; the National Institute of Public Health in Copenhagen is also part of the university. SDU offers around 115 different study programmes in the fields of the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, health sciences, and engineering.

Role in the project

SDU will provide expertise on data science and statistical analysis related to micronutrient modelling and prediction. Specifically, SDU will estimate micronutrient concentration relationships and derived prevalence rates according to specific cut-offs. Subsequently, spatial models will enable interpolation of prevalences across EU.
