Role in the project
In Zero Hidden Hunger EU, DTU Food will contribute to de novo analysis of micronutrients status markers in Work Package 2, and act as Work Package 7 leader and be responsible for Task 7.1, the investigation of whether vitamin K2 compounds from dietary and endogenous sources are bioavailable and whether the gut microbiome can contribute meaningfully to overall vitamin K status.
